Bicycle hire at Le Montet d’Oléron campsite

Discover the island of Oleron by bike along its many cycle paths. You’ll enjoy cycling on flat terrain through a wide variety of landscapes: wooded paths, country lanes, pine forests… The cycle path opposite the entrance to our campsite and its many departures from all directions on the island will allow you to discover the calm and unspoilt nature in complete freedom.

Bread and pastries

What better way to start the day than witha good breakfast. In July and August, you’ll find freshly baked bread and pastriesto satisfy your taste buds at the reception chalet every morning from 08:15.

Reservations at reception the day before for the following day every day until 9:00 p.m.

The snack bar at Le Montet d’Oléron campsite offers a menu of homemade pizzas and French fries, sweet crepes, Clément ice creams and a whole range of drinks for refreshment and/or a good time.

In the July/August season we offer a snack bar:

Every Tuesday evening, there’s a “moules frites” event accompanied by a concert featuring a different group of musicians each week.

Every Thursday evening Catherine proposes a dish that she prepares in front of you. The Thursday dish changes every week and can be a Paella, Tagine, Rougail saucisse or Colombo.
And every Thursday evening we also offer an “80s” evening until midnight at the latest.

Free shuttle service to the beach!

To make it easier for you to get around from our campsite on the Ile d’Oléron, and to take full advantage of the beaches and numerous tourist sites in Oléron, Le Montet d’Oléron*** is a partner in the free summer transport scheme organized by the Communauté de communes de l’île d’Oléron with campsites and hotels committed to the environment.

A free shuttle service is available from July 7 to August 25, 2026. Destinations served 7 days a week include: Chassiron lighthouse, Château d’Oléron, Boyardville, Domino, La Cotinière, La Perroche and Rémigeasse beaches, Iléo water park…
