How do I book my stay?

How can I check that my reservation has been registered?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.

Can I book several accommodations online?

From our website, we invite you to book as manyaccommodations as you wish.

You can also book several accommodations by telephone.
Each accommodation has a maximum capacity in terms of number of people, including babies. On arrival, the number of people may not exceed the capacity of the accommodation reserved.

Can minors come alone?

Minors are welcome on our campsite, but only on request and withparental permission, which must be obtained before the stay.

REGULATIONS

How do I pay for my stay?

  • By credit card. This method of payment is secure and available for bookings on our website.
  • By cheque payable to Camping Le Montet.
  • ANCV vouchers (paper and connect versions).
  • In cash.
  • By bank transfer.

Can I pay for my stay with VACAF cheques?

Our campsite does not accept VACAF cheques.

What are the terms of payment?

  • For rentals: a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance one month before your arrival.
    If your stay is less than one month away, the full amount will be required at the time of booking.
  • For pitches:
    A 30% deposit is required on booking, with the balance paid on arrival.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes, reservation fees apply:

  • 5 € for pitches.
  • 10 € for rentals.
  • July/August: €15 for rentals.

Is there a tourist tax to pay?

Yes, there is a tourist tax to pay. The tourist tax is €0.66 per night and per person over 18.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Can I take out cancellation insurance?

Yes, cancellation insurance is available.
We recommend that you take out Campez Couvert cancellation insurance.
For further information on insurance, please refer to the “Cancellation Insurance” document on our website.

How can I change my stay?

What are the cancellation conditions?

Delayed or unoccupied :

In case of delay, please inform us by phone or e-mail. If we do not receive any information in this regard, the pitch or rental may be allocated to another customer as of 12 noon the following day.

The deposit and balance are non-refundable.

In the event of late arrival involving the retention of the pitch or rental, there will be no deduction or reimbursement for these days.

In the event of early departure due to the tenant’s fault, no refund will be made for any reason whatsoever. (see Campez Couvert cancellation insurance document)

MY ACCOMMODATION

What are the arrival and departure times?

You can arrive as early as 4pm to take full advantage of the campsite and its facilities.

On the day of your departure, your rental must be vacated between 8am and 10am.

Do rentals come with blankets?

All our rentals are equipped with comforters and pillows.

Bed linen can be provided at extra cost for your stay. Extra charge to be confirmed on the website or by telephone when booking.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included in my booking?

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price.

However, it is possible to subscribe to the supplement at the time of booking, by ticking the paying option in the “Supplements” section. Or tell us when you call to book by phone.

ATTENTION: In July and August, there is no cleaning package for rental properties.

MY LOCATION

What are the arrival and departure times for your pitch? You can arrive as early as 2pm to take full advantage of the campsite and its facilities. On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 12 noon.

Can I choose my location?

You can choose according to criteria that are important to you (shady location, close to sanitary facilities, etc.). You can announce your criteria at the time of booking by e-mail or telephone, as well as in the “comments” section of our website.

We will try to satisfy your request according to availability.

What electrical outlets are used?

The electrical outlets used vary from one location to another.
These are either standard outlets or outlets with CEE adapters.

Can I rent a refrigerator?

We offer refrigerator rental.
An additional charge applies.
