Discover the village of Chassiron on board an authentic, ecological and environmentally-friendly means of transport: the horse-drawn carriage.

What better way to learn more about the Village, the tip of the Ile d’Oléron and the Atlantic coast than to enjoy the peace and quiet of a walk lulled by the rhythm of hooves?

Discovery walks

and sunset walks

We are present at the Phare de Chassiron for :

30-minute Discovery Walks: in the village and along the coast every afternoon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
45-minute Sunset Walks : for sunsets on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, mainly by the sea.

Walks with commentary (French, English, Spanish)

The rates

– Discovery tour: 12 euros for adults, 8 euros for children aged 4 to 12, 4 euros for children under 4.
– Sunset: 18 euros for adults, 12 euros for children aged 4 to 12, 6 euros for children under 4.

We accept cash, credit cards and cheques.

The carriage is equipped for wheelchair users, with a ramp for wheelchairs.
